A book containing guidance for facilitation of the TMAP procedure and application of tools, including set-up and planning, workshops to be run, activities etc. There is a worked example from a fictitious company to illustrate the process. Appendices comprise briefing notes, extensive worksheets and checklists, overheads for presentation together with notes for presenters, and a set of questionnaires.
Disk:
A PC format disk containing PowerPointTM files of overheads used in workshops and presentations, plus the questionnaires used during the TMAP procedure.
