Advances in Heat Transfer is designed to fill the information gap between regularly scheduled journals and university level textbooks by providing in-depth review articles over a broader scope than is allowable in either journals or texts.For over a third of a century, ADVANCES IN HEAT TRANSFER has filled the information gap between regularly published journals and university-livel test books. The series presents review articles on special topics of current interest. Each contribution starts from widely understook principles and brings the reader up to the forefront of the topic being addressed. Now that 31 volumes have published, it is becoming more difficult to locate a particular author citation or information on a given subject. Therefore we have decided to issue the present volume containing cumulative subject and author indexes.
