About the Editor:

Dr. Suresh Kumar obtained his Ph.D. in Botany from C.C.S University, Meerut, India. He has taught Graduate and Postgraduate students since 1997 in the Department of Botany (Post Graduate Studies and Research), M.M.H.College, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). He was appointed as Assistant Professor in Botany, Ramjas College, and University of Delhi since 2005 till date. During his academic venture, he has authored more than ten books in various leading publishers of India. His books are currently adopted in curriculums of many Universities.  He has published many Research papers in National and internationally renowned journals.

For his academic excellence and outstanding contributions, Dr. Suresh Kumar was awarded SARC Gold Medal Award 2011 and SSDAT Excellence in Teaching Award 2014.He has also awarded with the Innovative Scientist of the year Award 2015for outstanding contribution in the field of Ethnobotany.He has also received Faculty Achievement awards for the academic year 2016-17 and 2017-18 by Ramjas College, University of Delhi. He was invited for delivering the lectures in various National andInternational Conferences (Ukraine). He was also invited as Expert for Audio lectures by NIOS. He has also worked as team Member of Expert Committee for  Scientific and Technical Terminology, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and a as member of Experts Committee in various National level committees of Consortiums for Educational Communications ,UGC  etc. He is also a member of Many Scientific Societies and Associations.  He is Fellow of the Academy of Plant Sciences (FAPS).He also has supervised many undergraduate, Postgraduate students and Ph.D. students.
