In Search of Meaning : The book says : "The surrounding world appears before man as Omniscient and Omnipotent 'creature', and man doesn't know what resonance some or other action will cause in this 'creature'. As it seems to us, overcoming such expectation of 'menace' lies on the way of perception of the fact, that althought the World in unique in the eyes of man, its response to man's action is not directed to man performing action, but is reduced to redistribution of emerging tension among all objects of the World with a view of 'maintaining balance'."
